Student Leadership

Leadership

We encourage students to build their character and develop positive attitudes through participation in student activities. Clubs, feasts and special events provide opportunities for students to develop leadership abilities and a sense of school and community responsibility. All students are invited to participate in student leadership opportunities at amiskwaciy Academy.

LEADERSHIP CLASS - At amiskwaciy Academy, students have an option to earn credit in Leadership. Students learn about skills related to being a strong and effective leader. Then they get to put those skills into practice with projects that highlight their skills.

LEADERSHIP CLUB - This year the Grade 9 class has taken on a leadership role by organizing school events and contests to help bring school spirit and fun into our days.
